Happy Halloween

Halloween was a week ago. I am just now recovered enough to think about it. It really wasn't that bad, I have just been hearing about it for about a year and am just happy it is over. Kyle got a Bumblebee costume for his birthday in March and has wanted to be that ever since. Since I believe in spending $0.00 on costumes for Halloween we gave JD's his Octimus Prime costume for his birthday.
Halloween was on Sunday this year. The church always has a Trunk or Treat, this year it was on Saturday night, which I thought was great. We weren't able to make it to the Trunk or Treat but I figured we would just go ahead and go to a few houses. Our first stop was Ken and Janie's. the boys are posing in their best Transformer pose ever.

Kyle's costume is getting alittle small, but he doesn't seem to notice.

Then we drove around for awhile and decided to park at Brittony's house and walk up and down her street. It was fun to watch the boys go ask for candy. JD was pretty sure you just walk into the houses, I had to explain to him that you just stand at the door and you don't take handfuls of candy, you just take one or two.

So turns out that we had the whole street to ourselves because nobody else was Trick or Treating that night (weird).

One more pose.

And that was our night. It was lots of fun and it was sorta nice to be the only ones out on the street. I think next year we might try to go to Sanford for Halloween, I think the boys would like walking up and down main street.
