Pumpkins With Scary Faces

After a long day of me running around and the boys helping Matt, we decided to get a pizza and carve our pumpkins.

While we carved our pumpkins we ate these apples. They are sooooo good!

Apple Nachos

36 caramels

1tablespoon water

30 large marshmallows

1/3 cup butter

4 tart apples cut in thin slices

1/3 cup chopped nuts

1/3 cup mini choc. chips

3 tablespoons Halloween sprinkles

Melt the caramels in the microwave with the water. Melt marshmallow and butter. Spread apples on large platter. Pour caramels and marshmallow mixtures over apples and mix around. Sprinkle nuts, choc. chips and sprinkles over apples and serve immediately.

Kyle and JD did a pretty good job of cleaning out the pumpkins. There is still quite a few seeds in them though. Oh well.

They both wanted really scary faces on their pumpkins.

The boys got to stay up so they could see their pumpkins all lit up.
