Branding

The other morning Matt had about 5 calves to brand and 3 bulls to band, so me and JD helped him. It didn't take us very long JD held the tail and I handed Matt things he needed. JD's gag reflexes are like no other I have ever seen. The first calf that Matt had JD help with had crap all over it's tail and did it's biz right before JD grabbed the tail. I couldn't stop laughing at poor little JD he had a hard time getting the gagging under control. But once he did he did a fine job. He told every calf that they were being very brave.
