Today on the way home from school Kyle asked if we could go to Europe.
Me: That would be lots of fun. Why do you want to go there?
Kyle: I want to see the elves.
Me: ???? What elves?
Kyle: Santa's elves. Mrs. Geohl said they live in Europe.
JD: I want to see the reindeers.
Kyle: They live in the North Pole with Santa.
Me: Why don't the elves live with Santa.
Kyle: I don't know. How could we get to Europe? Could we drive?
JD: When we got there our car would just stop.
Me: If we drove there our car would just stop and never start again probably.
Kyle: We could put gas in it. Don't they have gas?
So long story short...I don't know what Mrs. Goehl has told the kids today and how it might have gotten confused but I am all for going to Europe.
