Heather Graduates! And Denver Trip

Heather graduated this May!  She has worked so hard and we are so proud of her.  We got to go to Denver and watch her and have a good time.
 The graduates walking up.

The graduation was really nice and really not to long.
Heather getting hooded.  Which means she is all done!

After the Graduation we went over to a Air Force thing and it had a little out door eating area where you could order hamburgers and sandwiches.  It was really great food and a neat place.

There was a huge bomber plane that we looked at until everyone else got there.  I guess there is a museum you can go into and see but we didn't realize that.  We will probably take the boys back there sometime.

We stayed at Heather's apartment which is Awesome!  It has a workout room and a pool.  The boys had a good time swimming until they found the hot tub then they had a great time!

On Saturday we went to the Denver Zoo.  I love myself a good zoo and the Denver Zoo was so good.
 That is a hyena.
 Better picture.
The tiger.

 Polar bear hanging out.
Kyle and JD.  They are too cute.

 Some kind of awful snake.
One of the workers said this turtle was anywhere from 50 to 150 years old.  It look really old to me.

The seals swimming.  They really liked to put on a show for us.

We went into this barn and got to see the elephants getting taken care of.  The one in the cage is the male and he was huge!  They did a few tricks with them to show them off.  They were fun.

 Rhino.

Matt decided he couldn't stand to go into one more hot crowded building so he didn't come into the bird house with us.  He should have because it was the coolest and least crowded of all the buildings.

 Toucan.

The Grizzlies were so funny!  The female was in heat so she was extra cranky.  Anytime the male came near her she would get up and growl at him and back away from him.

They both would just walk back and forth and show off for everyone.

After the zoo we went to Jump Street.  Kyle loved the foam pit.

It was super hard to get out of the foam pit, you pretty much had to swim out of it.

I got Kyle to ride the bull with me.  He was much better at it than me and I still have the bruise on my elbow to prove it.
Then there was Dodge Ball.  That was JD's favorite.  It was lots of fun to play it and to watch the boys get super excited when they got someone out.

On the way home they both slept for about 2 1/2 hours.
It was kinda of our family trip for the year and it was a good one.
